Today, the journey spans financial services, fintech, international investment, family-office activities, real estate, hospitality, international trade and strategic private investments. What began with education and early online entrepreneurship in Blackburn has developed into an international network of businesses and investments.
2003–2005: Blackburn College, United Kingdom
THE FOUNDATION
Studied BTEC Business Studies at Blackburn College, establishing the academic foundation for a career that would later span entrepreneurship, international trade, finance, investment and financial technology.
2005–2010: Import, Export & Online Commerce
THE ENTREPRENEURIAL YEARS
Following college, continued developing independent business interests through online sales, import and export, textiles, electronics and international trading. These formative years built practical experience in sourcing, sales, customer relationships and cross-border commerce.
2008–2010: BEDZ LTD
Luxury Furniture, Import & Retail
Founded and operated BEDZ LTD, a luxury furniture import and retail business specialising in sourcing and supplying premium furniture and furnishings. The business provided early hands-on experience in international sourcing, importing, supplier relationships, retail operations and customer sales, further developing the commercial foundations that would later support Arif's international business and investment activities.
2010–2014: KeenBuy
BUILDING AN E-COMMERCE PLATFORM
Founded and developed KeenBuy, an early dropshipping and online commerce platform. The venture brought together online retail, supplier relationships, product sourcing and fulfilment, marking the move from independent online selling into a more structured e-commerce model.
2012–2016: Intertorco Europe SA
ENTERING INTERNATIONAL FINANCE
Joined Intertorco Europe SA and served as President, MEANA & Asia / Group CFO. The role expanded Arif's career into international finance, corporate operations and cross-border commercial activity, including financial planning, international business coordination and commercial development.
May 2014–Present: Cable Exchange Group
FROM ENTREPRENEUR TO INTERNATIONAL EXECUTIVE
Entered the leadership of Cable Exchange Company / Cable Exchange Group in May 2014, beginning a long-term chapter focused on international consultancy, government projects, finance and cross-border commercial development. The later biography records progression from President to Group CEO and oversight of major sovereign and institutional financing mandates.
2018: SendThatVan.co.uk
DIVERSIFYING INTO DIGITAL LOGISTICS
Co-founded SendThatVan.co.uk, expanding entrepreneurial activity into a UK digital logistics platform and demonstrating an increasing focus on technology-enabled businesses outside traditional finance.

BECOMING AN INVESTOR

BUILDING DIGITAL PAYMENTS
Founded moneyIN S.A.S. in Morocco, focused on financial technology and digital payment platform development. This chapter developed the wider ambition around accessible payments, remittances and modern financial infrastructure.

Began serving as a Trade Finance Consultant, supporting trade finance matters, commercial relationships and international trade-related business discussions.

BUILDING THE INTERNATIONAL HOLDING STRUCTURE
Established CABEX LLC in Wyoming, serving as Managing Member / Director and developing international consultancy, fintech-related operations and commercial project development.
2026–Present: CABEX Group Malaysia
EXPANSION INTO SOUTHEAST ASIA
Expanded the CABEX ecosystem into Malaysia, serving as Director of CABEX GROUP SDN. BHD. The Malaysian operation supports international business consultancy, fintech development and cross-border commercial operations.
2026–Present: Sahara Capital Invest (SCI Morocco)
BUILDING FOR THE NEXT GENERATION
Established Sahara Capital Invest, SCI Morocco, as a new Moroccan investment and holding platform focused on building and acquiring long-term assets, particularly across real estate, hospitality, luxury villas and strategic investment opportunities in Morocco.
